Thermal Transfer Printing Service

We can now offer a full printing service to meet customer requirements for Cable Tags, Ferrules, Terminal

Markers, Legend Plates and Warning Labels.

The Partex MK10 is a modern thermal transfer printer to cover the various styles of Cable Tag marking and

Warning Labels. The MK10 machine has a high production speed (up to 125 mm/sec) and prints on to the

profile direct from the reel and semi detaches the marker at required lengths with the built in cutting unit.

We also have the CEMBRE Genius printing machine which allows us to print on to a wide range of products

including Legend Plates, Cable Ferrules and Terminal Markers.

On the supply of customer information via an Excel spreadsheet we can produce a complete range of products

printed in sequence ready for application on site.

Our in house assembly department allows us the option as an Authorised Assembler to build and supply a wide range of fully ATEX Certified Junction Boxes in Stainless Steel and GRP options. This build facility also extends to the assembly of bespoke units to customer specification including Distribution Boards, Isolators and Terminal Boxes. As a Rittal Tier 1 Distributor we are able to offer from stock a wide selection of enclosures including

Mild Steel, Stainless Steel and GRP. Within our workshop we have various machines which allow us to

modify enclosures to customer specification including component cut outs and tapping cable entries. We are committed to offering a consistent high level of service with technical support and it is our aim

to provide a total solution to meet all your Industrial Control & Hazardous Area requirements.
