P 40 series panels are a rugged, dependable solution for mechanical (non-ECU) engine or pump
fault monitoring and protection. Their compact size and ease of installation make these panels
highly suited to mobile or stationary engine-driven applications such as earth moving equipment
and pumps.
P 40 series panels use accurate and reliable engine mounted switches for indication and fault
shutdown.
All P 40 panels feature Switches for oil pressure (0 - 100psi / 0 – 7 bar) and coolant temperature
(50 – 120°C). Options are also available for indication/shutdown of pump water pressure
(0 – 20 bar), oil temperature (60 – 140°C) and auxiliary contact shutdown: see ‘how to order’
Each panel uses a robust steel, black powder coated enclosure.
Standard panels are supplied complete with crimped wires for electrical connection (battery

P100 Control Panel Control panel for mechanical engines
HOW TO ORDER
DESCRIPTION
Panel P100 provides operator-controlled start/stop, and automatic fault shutdown and indication for mechanical (non-ECU) engines. The panels are primarily used in stationary engine applications such as pumps, crushers, shredders, etc.
Operator control is through a 3 position key switch on a Murphy Keystart module. The key is common to all Keystart’s and is removable only in the Stop/Reset (O) position. A P100FS (Failsafe Keystart) is also available for order.
Outputs are provided for the control of engine fuel, starter and preheat. Automatic engine shutdown may be triggered by three inputs - oil pressure, coolant temperature and coolant level - designed for operation with engine-mounted switch contacts that opens from negative DC during fault. A charge fail connection drives charge alternator excitation current and LED indication during fault conditions.
The instruments is housed in a rugged, IP65 metal case. Electrical connection is through an integral harness with ring, blade and Deutsch connectors, for direct mating with the engine.

P600 Control Panel Keystart panel for mechanical engines
HOW TO ORDER
DESCRIPTION
Panel P600 provides operator-controlled start/stop, and automatic fault shutdown and indication for mechanical (non-ECU) engines. The panels are primarily used in stationary engine applications such as pumps, crushers, shredders, etc.
Operator control is through a 3 position key switch on a Murphy Keystart module. The key is common to all Keystart’s and is removable only in the Stop/Reset (O) position. A P600FS (Failsafe Keystart) system is also available for order.
