The successful MINI WHEEL system is ideal for conveying small and light to medium weight packages down shallow gradients.

Each 25mm wheel clips into it’s own nylon cradle, which then clips into the galvanized track.

Available in single, double and triple-row widths, with a standard track length 2440mm. Track widths are; single row 62mm, two & three 90mm

The maximum load capacity per Mini Wheel is 2.5kg

MWT2

These components allow products/packages to be moved in any direction. Integrated into a roller conveyor system, packages can be transferred from one conveyor to another or re-directed for off-loading, packing, stacking onto pallets and despatch.

THE EXTENDAFLEX IS A UNIQUE EXPANDING, FLEXIBLE CONVEYOR SYSTEM WHICH ENSURES VERSATILITY AND COST EFFICIENCY.Designed to expand up to four times their closed length – stretch them, bend into an S-shape, a U-shape or around an obstacle. With any configuration parcels being conveyed will remain on the conveyor due to the differential action of both skate wheels and ABS rollers. Skate conveyors are ideal for general purpose application for all products with a smooth base. Roller conveyors are designed for cans, tins and boxes with an irregular base.

• Maximum height 1090mm. Minimum height 720mm

• Mounted on adjustable leg sets for full height and slope variation

Woodworkers Roller TableA strong robust unit designed to suit most Mitre and Radial Arm saws.

Roller lengths are constructed using high tensile aluminium side channels with 48mm diameter ABS rollers. Two 2400mm lengths, one for each side of the saw, are fitted with fold-away legs which allow for easy transportation and storage. This strong but lightweight unit has a quick set-up and dismantle time.

Tranzband – Powered Conveyor Systems

Chain Transfer (above) – transfers packages

onto another conveyor-line at 90º.

Roll-over Stop – a physical stop that comes

up between rollers to stop packages

Policeman, Merge & Oscillator. The above

merge is a low friction transfer. The

oscillator angles the rollers so the product

runs straight on the second conveyor. The

policeman stops collisions.

Line Brake – brakes a series of rollers to

lower accumulation pressure

Accelerator – speeds up a series of rollers

to create a gap between packages

Whether straight transfer, accumulation, around bends

or through gates, TRANZBAND powered conveyors

have been proven in many industrial situations.

The basis of the system is the tough polyurethane bands

which enables each grooved roller to be independently

driven from a common line shaft.

A simple concept which provides the entire system

with reliablity and flexibility, plus minimum power

consumption due to no loss of energy

through skid friction. The only friction

point is the long-life acetal spools

slipping on the line shaft during

accumulation.
