ISSUE: Improve on the Overdue Performance Evaluation Completion COMMENTS: Last CPR, 6 FT and 2 PT evaluations were overdue IMPROVEMENTS MADE: Currently, 9 FT evaluations are overdue. Working on improving internal

processes to ensure timely completion of evaluations.
