A few helpful tips about the Form:• All required fields are clearly identified with “*” next to them• If a field is grayed-out, the system will do the work for you by

auto-populating the field• By scrolling to the bottom of the form, you will see that you

have three options:The form doesn’t need to be completely filled out, just save as a draft and finish it at your convenience. The Buyer can’t view the project yet.

Cancels you out of the form and returns you to the default view of Viewing all Submitted STAR Suggestions. Any data entered is not saved.

All required fields on the form must be filled out and all data must pass system edit checks. The project is then moved to a status 0 (Submitted). An email is sent to the Project Owner (Buyer) notifying them of your suggestion. Once you Submit Project, you can no longer edit it. You are able to view the project as it progresses through the phases.

! Remember: Once you click on “Submit Project”, you can’t make changes to the project. Take time to carefully review your data before submitting.
