Janicki continues to invest in fabrication equipment for processesing core. The recently installed AGFM Core cutter can cut, sculpt and contour core to meet your most advanced design requirements. JI uses large ovens to dry core and ensure it is moisture free and nominal size. Climate controlled core processing booth and clean room maintains core integrity during cutting and layup. Janicki’s large autoclave provides a variety of temperature recipes to cure carbon fiber prepreg laminated with core. When a structure requires exceptional stiffness or energy absorption with minimal weight gain Janicki Industries has the experience to deliver cored laminate structures of a wide variety of material configurations and processes.
