Introduction

National BDPA is an association established in 1975. Membership is comprised of system professionals drawn from local chapters. Our primary mission is to assist our membership in remaining technically current through the delivery of monthly program meetings, workshops, and seminars. A secondary mission is to encourage our members to make themselves available to support the development of young people interested in pursing careers in information technology. These programs consist of the High School Computer Competition (HSCC), and our College Summer Internship Program.

Executive On Loan

Page 4: Corp part working

BDPA currently utilizes the services of a volunteer Executive Director. Expanded national programs are forecasted to improve financial support, but management remains an unresolved issue. An Executive On Loan, for a term of two years will greatly improve BDPA's organizational management, and afford the corporation an excellent executive training vehicle.

The Executive would address the responsibilities of the Executive Director by:

1. Managing the National Office2. Hiring administrative personnel and overseeing their tasks.3. Represent the association as directed by the National President and/or National Board of Directors.

4. Secure additional funding, and support for association programs and activities. 5. Assist in the promotion of the mission, objectives and goals of BDPA.

Our nation is the leader in the development of information technology. To remain the leader we must develop our current human resources as we prepare for tomorrow's technology demands. BDPA wants to foster these efforts, and can with your company's participation and support.

BDPA thanks you for your time, attention, and support.Contacting BDPA
