In line with large-scale production cycles

Semi-automatic and fully-automatic balancing and diagnostic systems are used wherever medium-size to large-size quantities are to be balanced.A typical application is the balancing in series production of electric motor armatures, turbochargers, brake disks or clutch disks. Complete assemblies pass electric and acoustic testing on test stands with knowledge-based diagnostic systems.

The solution for mass centering and balancing of crankshafts as well as other vehicle components are individually tailored for production applications.

The program is further enhanced by them production of wheel assemblies including mounting, inflating and balancing, as well as by the mass correction of non-rotating parts such as conrods and pistons.
