Course Course Description Aviation Legislation Training Part-M Course Topics Target Groups The multimedia based training covers the following topics: • Technical / Administrative Employees • Management Personnel of Maintenance and Overhaul Organizations Training Organizations Aviation Suppliers and Aircraft Manufacturers Training Goals • Build-up the competence of employees regarding the structure and procedures of Part-M. Acquire ability to interpret Part-M independently in regard to daily workflow through supporting visualization of processes fixed in the law. • Qualify the employees in regard to the theory and application of national and international regulations in their day-to-day business. The specific goals of the course are to: Regulatory Framework Regulation (EC) 216/2008 and its implementing rules Regulation (EC) 216/2008 Implementing Rule Continuing Airworthiness Relationship between the various Annexes (Parts) M, 145 & Ops Continuing airworthiness Detailed understanding of Part-M Applicable National and International Requirements Maintenance Programmes, Maintenance Checks and Inspections Continuing airworthiness Course Duration 3,5 hours The Aviation Legislation Training is an interactive state-of-the-art multimedia- based training in accordance with EASA standards and provides employees with essential information on international aviation legislation fundamentals. The course is designed to AICC and SCORM standards and combines rich multimedia graphics with limited use of text, audio narration and a high degree of interactive elements.
