C.P. Bourg BB3002 Perfect Binder presents an eicient and an economical means of producing

bound books in a wide range of sizes on-demand, with up to 13 positive or negative knife creases.

The BB3002 is available in EVA/hot melt and PUR-C. To maximise your productivity, the BB3002 can be upgraded with a Bourg Book Loader (BBL) to create the BB3102; or a Bourg Book Compiler (BBC) to create the BB3202. The BB3002 is also compatible with various presses/printers in In-Line and Of-Line/Near-Line modes as well as other inishing equipment.

In less than six minutes, the operator

can load up to 120 book blocks into

the BBL, and perform other tasks -

such as packing books that have just been produced - while the BB3102

operates unattended for up to 25

minutes.

The machine runs at constant

maximum speed of up to 650

cycles/hour (400 books/hour) and

automatically adapts to the thickness of each job. The BB3102 processes various book thicknesses from 1 to 60 mm (0.04 to 2.36 in), and paper sizes

from 100 x 100 mm (3.93 x 3.93 in) to 385 x 380 mm (15.15 x 14.96 in).

AVAILABLE IN EVA/HOT MELT AND/OR PUR GLUE

Depending on the job you need to perform, C.P. Bourg enables you to

produce the entire book in PUR or EVA

/ hot melt.

The PUR adhesive system is the most

durable and lexible book binding glue available. It is ideal to produce

softcover books, and on-demand full-

color print materials such as photo

books.

The EVA / hot melt adhesive is faster and cheaper than PUR but is less durable,

less lexible. This is why the EVA / hot melt gluing system is ideal to produce on-demand handouts, medical prescription books and a wide variety of books

for the best ROI.
