100 WAYS TO SOLVE THE PROBLEM!!

1. go back to your parents home and sleep there in the old bed/mattress

2. bring your old mattress into your new house3. put some blankets above the mattress and then you can

sleep better4. sleep under the bed5. take the magic pill that will allow not to feel the need to

sleep6. after wake up go to kitchen and have a glass of hot milk

that will make you feel sleepy again.7. you are waking up because of sleep apnea and not

because of the mattress. go to the doctor and get into a treatment

8. change the position that you usually sleep and sleep upside down

9. take frequent naps during the day so waking up during the night will not disturb you

10. if you wake up during the night, seize the time and start iron shirts... you will feel sleepy again very shortly

11. To have a hypnosis session that would make you sleep at the touch of a mattress.

12. To have a good massage every day after going to bed, that will make you sleep like a baby.

13. To run 20km before going to bed, that would make you feel so tired that every muscle will shut down all night long.

14. Harsh measures: hit you in the head having so a nice unconscious sleep. (Secondary effect: morning headache).

15. Take some sedation for the night.16. To have an automatic “lullaby” machine, when you wake up at night a

sensor recognizes that you are awake and starts playing an automatic lullaby song that will make you fall sleep again. This can be also applied for an automatic “hitting” machine that will make you unconscious when it senses that you are awake.

17. To get so wasted with alcohol that you will sleep it off. Not recommended for everyday use (secondary effect: morning headache).

that you are waking up the person will take measures for avoiding the waking up.

21. You can hit the mattress with a stick so you will lose some rage and at the same time the mattress may get better (or not)

22. Learn how to sleep in the butterfly position (open arms and open legs)

24. Learn yoga positions to better adjust the body to the mattress formats

25. Use more pillows to increase comfort: pillow for the legs, pillow for the back

65. Sleep seating – create a wall of pillows, seat down and lean comfortably on the pillows

66. Try meditation before going to bed67. Check if there are any loose screws on the bed frame and

make sure the mattress sits directly on top of the box spring68. Place a piece of plywood on the box spring, thus adding

more support and keeps the mattress from sinking into the box spring.

69. Buy an Electric Mattress Pad to put on top of your mattress70. If until this point none of these solutions has worked out,

please repeat number 14, 17, 25, 30 and 43.

71. Dig a hole in your mattress and tell your wife/husband that she/he needs to solve the problem out!

73. Go to sleep on the tub!74. Blockbuster pass and watching good movies could also

help75. Get a hobby: paintings, knitting, decoupage…76. Write a book about your problem. At least there is a

chance to make some money out of it77. Try to look on the bright side, at least you don´t have to

hear your wife/husband snoring78. Take advantage of the free time that you have due to the

lack of sleep to do the things that your husband/wife criticizes: eat all the chocolate you want, watch your favorite show, get around the house naked…

79. Start to organize your closed – surely you need it!80. Keep calm and eat a cupcake yet again but with tea this

time.

81. Play an act: someone broke into your house and stole the mattress

82. If until this point none of these solutions has worked out, please repeat number 14 and 17.

83. Play an act: alias absorbed your mattress with the green laser coming from the ceiling

84. If until this point none of these solutions has worked out, drink some more wine

85. Take another sleeping pill

86. Keep calm, eat a cupcake, drink tea and do some meditation after

87. Move the bed to another place in order to find new “harmony”

92. Teach your dog to crawl into bed with you and then tell your husband/wife that a bigger bed is needed for the 3

93. In these times of crisis you should have a more giving spirit – get rid of the mattress and give it to charity

94. After 94 attempts if none of this has still worked you REALLY HAVE A PROBLEM!

95. Teach your cat to crawl into bed with you and then tell your husband/wife that a bigger bed is needed for the 3

96. Don´t teach any other animals to do as stated in number 92 and 95 as it may get dangerous. Simply admit that you need a new mattress

97. Play scrabble – at least you will be a success at crosswords on Sunday paper and eventually you will get sleepy again

98. Put a thick layer of sand on top of the mattress so that it feels like you are sleeping on the beach

99. Try to grow some grass on top of the mattress and don´t forget to trim it once in a while
