A Message from Mr. Kok Hello students and families! This page is designed for all students and families to stay active, learn and have fun during time away from school. In this elearning document there will be activities, worksheets, and videos to follow. Our goal is to continue to be physically active at home for at least 30-60minutes a day. I hope you enjoy the activities and continue to make healthy, safe choices!!
Before you start here are some safety tips…
1. Always follow instructions 2. Drink water before, during, and after you exercise 3. Wear appropriate shoes and clothing 4. Watch out for hazards like glass, tables, chairs, mirrors, low hanging lamps, slippery tile floors,
and electrical cords 5. Make sure younger siblings are at a safe distance 6. If possible exercise under adult supervision (include them, it is always nice to have someone
exercise with you) 7. Eat a healthy snack after you are done exercising (fruits, veggies, granola, etc.) 8. Take appropriate breaks between activities
9. HAVE FUN!!!
STAY POSITIVE. STAY ACTIVE. BE SMART. BE SAFE.

Message from Mr. Benavente
Hello Tk-5 students and families! Welcome Back, I hope you enjoyed time with family! I know times have been difficult for everyone and I hope you all are looking at the positives that are happening around you. These next two weeks are slightly different than what you did before spring break. The week of 4/20 - 4/24 there is a theme that goes along for each day, M - Board Games, T- Multi-Subject, W - Sports, TH - Some of your Favorites (based on the activity log), and F - Your Choice. The week of 4/27 - 5/01 you will use a virtual lesson on google slides with lots of choices to perform each day. If you do not have equipment at home be creative and make your own! If you need assistance make sure to email me or ask in the excel sheet.
Before you start here are some tips…
1. Be respectful: Get permission from an adult at home before performing activities 2. Be safe: Watch out for hazards like tables, chairs, cords, slippery floors, and lights
3. Be responsible: If you rearrange your area, put everything back when you’re done 4. Include others: Ask other people at home if they want to join
5. HAVE FUN!!!
