Understanding that we were capable of a greater purpose

Established excellence culture – (Don't fall victim Evolution of relaxed standards)

Created a team with a clear identity (Family)

Work ethic – from swimmers, coaches, committee

Facility was secondary to the development of character ( Adam Question what do you do ?)

Go to your Olympics

Have more fun than anyone else striving to be the best.... Christmas Challenges, Training Camps, !!

Environment

Constant on going evolution to meet needs of athletes

Start point – End Point (facility focus)

Designated roles not all the Head Coach’s responsibility

Make it as close to a performance environment as possible – Insight transferred

Environment encompasses more than facility

Usually the best answers are right in front of you amidst the people.
