Begin to create your test email

Click on the “Create an email” button.

Choose an Email Template

A good place to start is the “Theme” menu you’ll find in the left-hand column. When you find a template you like, click “Select.”

Create Content

To add your content, just click within any one of the content blocks. When you’re done, click “Save.” Want to revise what you wrote? Follow the same process.

Want to remove an entire block of text? Move your curser over the block and click the “delete” button in the top right corner. When you’re done making changes, click “Save” one last time and then “Continue” at the top of the page.

Enter Your Email Settings

Fill out the required fields within the email Settings box.

Create a new list

You will need to create a list of names that you can send your first email to. Click on “Add/edit” next to the “Send to Lists” heading. Then click “New List,” add a list name and press “Save.” Next click the “Add” button and enter the email addresses of colleagues, friends, or family to get started.

Send Your First Email

Now you are ready to schedule your first email.Click the “Schedule” button and check the “Send Now” button. Now click ”OK.”

• Your website• Phone calls• In your store• Fundraising events

Just click on this “Reports” link under the “emails” tab, and you can see:

• If your emails were delivered • Who opened them • What links they clicked on
