• The Key Objectives:-
• To give opportunity for young people at cricket clubs between the age of 14 and 25 to acquire skills and competency in leadership that will allow them to volunteer within their cricket club and/or school, colleges or university
• To retain junior members between in cricket as a sport by investing quality time and resources into a specialised volunteering programme.

This course will enable you to • Understand the range of different Cricket Activator roles.• Deliver a project or event which has been identified by the club • Understand and put into practice the expectations of Cricket Activators.• Promote cricket, activity and opportunities to participate.• Know the pathways for Cricket Activators and for participants to be involved
in cricket.
The course is split up into 2 separate modules and will be deliveredas an interactive workshop usually over two separate 2 hoursessions.
