The Crypt On The Green is available to hire for wedding receptions, conveniently located within a 5 minute walk of Farringdon station. Clients tell us it is a cosy and unique venue to create the perfect atmosphere for

your special day.

Clients have had quartets, jazz bands, DJs and ceilidhs. We are located within a residential area so require music to be switched off by 10:30pm at the latest. If your guests want to go on partying, there are a variety of bars and night clubs nearby. We have a limit of 95dB inside the Crypt, with the windows closed. A basic PA system (ideal for speeches) and tables and chairs are included in the hire if you wish to use them, we have 4x5ft round tables and 18x6ft rectangular Gopak tables, you can also bring in anything else you need. There are additional items for hire that may be useful:

You are welcome to bring in your own caterers or use one on our approved list. If you bring in your own, they will be required to have insurance and must make sure they are clear on the equipment that needs to be brought in and what is available on-site. It will cost £250 to hire the kitchen and use your own caterers. There is no hire charge if you use one of our approved options listed below.

CAPACITY • 150 seated dining, 300 standing. OUTSIDE OPTIONS • The Churchyard • the “Long Walk” is available to hire until 9:30pm, at an additional £40/hour. Please check in with the office prior to making any plans to use this area to ensure it is available and that your plans meet our requirements of use.
