Tony, along with his fellow mathematicianFrank Duckworth, devised the Duckworth Lewismethod, which was introduced in 1997. TheInternational Cricket Council (ICC) officiallyadopted this method in the year 1999.टोनी ने अपने सार्ी गमितज्ञ फ्रैं क डकवर्थ केसार् मिलकर डकवर्थ लुईस मवमि तयैार की र्ीमिसे वर्थ 1997 िें पेश मकया गया। अंतरराष्ट्रीयमिकेट पररर्द (आईसीसी) ने वर्थ 1999 िेंआमिकाररक तौर पर इस मवमि को अपनाया।


This method was named Duckworth Lewis Sternmethod in the year 2014.इस मवमि को वर्थ 2014 िें डकवर्थ लुईस स्टनथमवमि नाि मदया गया।
