the YOU Made It Café

Other services at the
Youth Action Centre The Cornerstone Primary Health Clinic brings medical community partners
together to offer individual and ongoing Primary Health Care for youth who are
without a family doctor.
Youth entering The Cornerstone Housing Program are provided with safe and
supportive housing to address personal needs and goals towards independent
living. Youth can remain living at The Cornerstone by entering in a
tenancy agreement to benefit from affordable rent rates.
Youth In Transition Worker Program
Youth who are transitioning out of the child welfare system into independent living are supported in the community
to develop and pursue their goals towards independence.
