Jan 2006 to June 2007 – Started as an operational team member for policy checking process where I used to compare General Insurance Policies against Proposal documents (received from broker) and highlight the variance in the form of checklist.July 2007 to February 2009 – Senior Quality Associate, part of Quality Assurance Team by validating the tasks completed by operational team members. Associated in generating various reports & analysis that gets circulated across the organization.March 2009 to June 2010 – Part of Knowledge Management team, where I was maintaining SOP’s for different policy life cycle process(BPC, Certificates) was training the operational team members on new concepts and review procedures, publishing of review bulletins and other knowledge related articles (Insura Buzz).July 2010 to Till Date – (July 2010 to Oct 2011 BPC) & Nov 2011 to Till Date (IDC) Managing an operational team, where primary responsibilities are

Handled process improvement project on retrieving documents from DMS and submission to policy checking process through Policy Review Client tool and Work Flow tool - CSP (Client Services Protocol)

PROJECT DESCRIPTION:

Policy checking process usually depends on the CSR’s to host the policy and proposal documents into Policy Review Management Console which then triggers the checking process. However this project concentrated on retrieving documents directly from Document Management System (DMS) and submitting those documents to policy checking team which would then reduce the burden on CSR’s. Initially the project targeted 3 major offices and currently it has bagged another 60 offices.

APPLICATIONS USED: DMS V1.3 (Document Management System), AMS (Agency Management System) PRC tool (Policy Review Client tool), Work Flow Tool (CSP)
