I am responsible for serving unique cocktails to customers, stock control, keeping the bar tidy and training staff as well, making cocktails to go on the menu.

• Missoula Montana Bar & Grill September 2014- November 2015

I was responsible for preparing and serving different types of cocktails and also up-selling to different types of spirits in order to drive a larger profit for the business. I was involved in stock control and managing the receipt of deliveries.

• Castle Pumps Ltd February 2013 - September 2014

I was responsible for receiving inquires via phone and email from marine and industrial companies. The inquiries ranged from quoting replacement spares to the full replacement of units. I regularly worked with customers to specify pumps and other associated equipment for new applications. I have worked with many high profile clients over the time working to strict technical criteria for challenging applications and achieving a high standard of re-sults. Working at Castle Pumps I found that I have a friendly and capable telephone manner, good inter-personal and IT skills, and am dedicated to delivering the maximum.

I was responsible for taking in-bound calls from new customers. In this role I was responsible for inputting cus-tomers’ data and up-sold products and services from the range. The job involved resolving customer queries and developing sales opportunities using persuasive communication skills. I consistently exceeded the conversion tar-gets set for me and also hit the Key Performance Indicators regularly.

Hobbies and Interests

In my spare time I like to keep fit by playing badminton. At the moment I am playing at the Kimberly badminton club, I will be playing for them in the coming season.

I also enjoy playing other sports such as football and golf. In the following year I would like to increase my fitness because next January I would like to enter The Tough Guy which is a grueling race over 8 miles through freezing water and burning hay bales.
