(Brief Resume)

Dr. Satpal Yadav working as Assistant Professor in the Lakshmibai National Institute

of Physical Education (NERC) Guwahati, Assam. He received the B.P.E., M.P.Ed.,

M.Phil degree and Ph.D. (Doctor of Philosophy in Physical Education) from

Lakshmibai National Institute of Physical Education (Deemed University) Gwalior

(M.P.) India under the esteemed supervision of Prof. Dr. Arvind S Sajwan. He

received academic merit scholarship consequently for three years in B.P.E. He

Qualified UGC-NET (National Eligibility Test) for Junior Research Fellowship

(JRF) for lectureship and research, December 2010. He obtained his area of

specialization is in Track and field in graduation and post-graduation. Sports

Biomechanics as specialization in Master in Philosophy (M. Phil). His areas of

interest include Motor Control of Human Movements, Kinesiology and Science of

Sports Training. He is also co-editor of National Journal of Physical Education &

Sports sciences. He is awarded as Federation Technical Official by Athletic

Federation of India. He published more than forty (40) research papers in the area

of Physical Education from national and international refereed Journals. He

represented All India inter university in Athletics since 2004-06 and West-Zone

inter University in Kho-Kho 2004-05.He Supervised five (5) Master degree thesis

(M.P.Ed) from Lovely Professional University.
