Employment History 2 nd February 2015 - 22 nd April 2015 Company: Swift Couriers Position: Customer Services Executive Duties: My duties required the efficient processing and management of all Swift Couriers customers and what their requirements were in a busy, fast moving, multi- tasking environment. I was required to have a confident telephone manner and be able to work with the customer to understand what they required and then translate that to the services offered by the company. These included overnight, same day and international services. This was mainly a telephone orientated position and there was an administrative requirement which included among other duties, the processing of Proof of Deliveries from third party suppliers, processing reports as required by management, processing of supplier invoices and processing customer issues. Reason for Leaving: Not the right environment that I felt suitable in. “References available on request” 8 th October 2014 – 19 th December 2014 Company: Bloor Homes (Temping) Position: Customer Care Administrator Duties: My duties were to help the Customer Care team with their backlog of work. What I was required to do was to raise work orders on their system – SiteStream, and also do updates on relevant plots. I issued out work orders to the Contractors by email for them to attend a home owners property to carry out the work that had been reported by the home owner. I issued out 10 & 20 month snagging letters to home owners as well as access letters, my job also included scanning of documents, filing, laminating and closing of jobs on SiteStream when advised they were completed, I sent out emails chasing contractors from a snagging list asking for any updates that were showing to be outstanding. I had to take the post down to the reception and frank it ready for collection. This was a varied and interesting job that I had been doing. Reason for Leaving: Bloor Homes advised me that they were not going to make this a permanent position. “References available on request” 4 th May 2004 - 15 th August 2014

4th May 2004 - 15th August 2014Company: Cognito LtdPosition: Customer Administration AssistantDuties: My duties at Cognito Ltd were to place the orders received from our customers onto Cognito's system - CSMS, this was to create the order with a user address so it can then be enabled to the customer's PDA devices provisioned with Cognito software adapted to the customer's requirements. I created fixed user addresses for internal use and customer use, I kept stock of all Cognito's loan equipment that was out on loan to Cognito's customers. I created order forms and loan forms in Microsoft word for the customers, detailing what type of software package they wanted to purchase, and what products were to be loaned for a period of several months. I created shipment details on Microsoft excel once the orders of PDA's had been provisoned, this was then emailed out to the customer. I used to cover the reception area for lunch breaks and sometimes for annual leave, I had organised the conference rooms for the clients, and organised the coffee/tea for the meetings, I had also organised taxi's for the clients.
