worker’s busy day. This lounge media:scape setting allows

people to simply walk up, connect their laptops, and start

sharing information. It becomes a collaborative destination

where meetings are inclusive, everyone participates and people

build on each other’s ideas in real-time. Information is displayed

for everyone to see, share and learn.

Conferencing areas are designed to enhance social

connectivity, foster collaboration and allow participants to

change postures while remaining engaged in their meeting.

Frame One Benching

Highly-mobile nomads need a place to set up camp for a few

hours, focus, catch-up on work and see colleagues. They need

quick and easy access to technology, so they can plug in fast

and get to work. Screens provide moderate visual privacy, but

still allow workers to see and be seen so they can network and

learn from others. Simple storage elements help people on the

move pack and unpack quickly.

Spaces designed for small, informal, collaborative meetings.

These i2i chairs promote movement and are comfortable for

long periods of time, while supporting multiple postures.

Architectural Walls

Architectural walls combine high-end aesthetics with the

planning flexibility of moveable walls, creating an endless array

of layout possibilities. These settings are used as meeting

spaces, touchdown areas, and private enclaves.

Answer Workstations

Real Estate compression –this Answer 7x7 workstation still

accommodates ample workspace and storage. Storage is used

to divide the space, creating privacy and visual interest. Meeting

table supports impromptu meetings and collaborative work.

EE6 Open Office

Private office look and feel without walls. Wood and laminate

finishes together for a unique visual contrast. Freestanding and

panel attached components make solution less expensive

without compromising aesthetics. Abundant work surface space

for active and anticipated work (piling). Informal/ unplanned

meetings and collaboration happen here with the addition of an

ottoman, table and chairs.

EE6 Private Office

Elective Elements 6 can be applied in a range of settings. This

layout is an open plan, free standing, private office. It is partially

surrounded by 65” high Montage panels with a variety of tile

options. The separate meeting area within this space creates

defined zones for both collaboration and focused work.

Workers need to take a break, swap stories and network with

colleagues Casual collaboration areas located in closecolleagues. Casual collaboration areas located in close

proximity to individual work areas promote workers shifting

between focused and collaborative work, allow them to mentor

and /or learn from others.

Connect zone - real estate compression – small footprint with

ample workspace and storage. Open plan to support

collaborative environments. Light/airy design makes space g y g p

Collaboration is the central focus of our work process.

Collaboration spaces are designed to balance social, spatial

and informational needs. We have a range of technology

integrated into these settings. Some are intentionally low tech to

encourage more brainstorming and face to face conversations.

Research and studies have proven that wellness in the

workplace now goes beyond simple ergonomics. Wellbeing is

physical, cognitive as well as social. An organization that can

support its workers in all three areas will inevitably retain a

The Work Café is designed as a multi-functional environment.

The settings enable socialization and community building with

co-workers. Many prefer doing their work in this type of

environment, vs. quiet zones, where the quiet itself can be a

distraction. This space serves as the company hub, to

encourage individuals from all departments to interact with each

other.
