Making the building survey and mobilizing the site. Reviewing the tender/design and submitting shop drawings, technical submittals in compliance with

contract drawings and project specifications. Reviewing any design changes and preparing for approvals and variations.

Estimating the total quantity of materials and making the BOQ (Bill of Quantities) and costing the projects.

Preparing method statements for installation of works, co-ordinate with main contractor, other sub-contractors and consultants.

Selection of all equipment’s as per specifications and drawings provided by Consultants. Responsible for finalizing and ordering of all mechanical equipment’s and materials. Preparation of Material submittal and Shop drawing and obtaining Consultant’s approvals. Preparing and submittal of materials, equipment’s and taking approvals from the consultants. Project planning, detail designing, and concepts on time, on budget, and per quality goals. Attending meetings with clients, architectures, consultants and managers regarding progress, co-

ordination, changes in drawings and for various updates. Ensure that all work at site is done according to approved shop drawings and procedures followed by

quality and safety aspects. Making Inspection with consultants and clients for work done and taking approvals. Duct designing as per SMACNA & ASHRAE standards.
