After taking 5th period attendance, scheduled classes are escorted to the Back Quad by their teacher. You will meet with our Environmental Specialist who will explain the task at hand.
Follow-up discussion in the classroom helps everyone brainstorm how to prevent so much lunch trash in the first place.

• Grace Ward for her first place finish at League Finals in the Shot Put. She threw a mark that places her in the top 5 in San Diego County! Also, congratulations to her 2nd place finish in the Discus.

• Kenia Rendon for her third place finish in the 3200m, her 4th place finish in the 1600m, and her 2nd place finish in the 800m.

If you are the class of 2016, need to make up F and/or D grade(s) in English, math, science and/or social studies (core subjects) and procrastinate doing so until your senior year know that it will be too late to be a June 2016 graduate!!!
Fortunately, Hoover is hosting a 6 week summer program. Get your application in the counseling office or go to the Hoover website. Returned the completed application, including parent/guardian signature, to the counseling center by Friday, May 24.
