Atlantis-Pak has developed a new interface for meat processing plants Thu, August 12, 2010 | Subject: Products

From August 1 in the range of standard products company Atlantis-Pak " appeared shell Amiflex Tr, the distinctive feature of which is reduced adhesion to the product. This property is provided by the shell material of the inner layer in contact with the product, namely, polyethylene. Envelope Amiflex Tr designed for processing in South-East Asia, producing cooked sausages on "cheap" recipes with a large percentage of the replacement of raw meat for cooking (50%). But it can be used for packaging of other foods, for which the adhesion is not an important indicator or should be reduced in comparison with the shell having the inner layer of polyamide. Envelope Amiflex Tr - five-layer shell, which by its technical characteristics (strength, barrier, etc.) are not different from other multi-hulls. To date, color catalog envelope Amiflex Tr consists of three colors - white, red and blue. Available calibers - 32 - 120 mm. The company Atlantis-Pak ", founded in 1993, is one of the largest manufacturers of plastic shell in the world and the largest in Russia. Deliveries are carried out in 72 countries.As a result of the implementation in 2009 amounted to more than $ 140 million.

Purchase Opinion:

Looking to last Global Polymer Report (11/8/2010), Indian Domestic mfgr. Has increased rate all Polymers

,WEF 12/8/2010.Still market will remain in same direction of increment looking to global polymer demand,

Next rate revision in rate may come soon.Again crude is @ $ 82.20/bbl,Exchange rate is also increasing.

Traders have already started asking for extra premium by Rs.3 to Rs.4 over company rate,& every one is

buyer. As per our Mumbai base polymer trader has confirmed that Polymer rate will cross cost of Rs 80/kg

soon in which they are below the cost of Rs.80.

As per market information,Due to monsoon,transporters are not lifting material for internal areas.

Heavy rain in diff.states of India has mostly affected transportation in all aspects.This in turn effects material

availability in region & finally scarcity leads to premium in said polymers.

As per available news, nos.of grades are running under short supply,& due to erratic supply of material ,we

advise to build inventories in Film sector,like PP TQ,HM Film,LL film,Raffia this are most advisable material

HD blow moulding is also running under major short supply, if available it is also advisable for stock.

Other all HDPE grades like Injection Moulding will also witness increment in near future,HD film will also

boost, we are advaising since long , that traders & manufacturer can start purchasing for the purpose of

healthy inventory. Some grades of LLDPE used in Roto moulding, Injection Moulding & Film are also under

short supply.

LDPE is also under short supply since long. In these grades, purchaser need not require to wait to avail

material at company price list rate. Details of last rate revision are available on very 1st page of this sheet.

Over all Purchase is advisable in PP/HDPE/HM-HDPE/LLDPE & LDPE.
