• 86 Sites selected(state owned land out side urban areas)
• Minimum area for the site is 100 acres (any additional land preferred)
• Sufficient quantity of underground water both for drinking and irrigation purposes.
• Selection of teachers:1st div in relevant subject, written test
• Number of teachers:45 for 06 schools
