ABOUT OUR COMPANY
D.A.R.E, Diamond Ace Royale Eco Wash. We are a waterless car wash that wants to make a positive impact on the environment, empowering our employees and furnishing them with a vast majority of skills that not only helps them with the job at hand but also with their future endeavours and we would like to make a standing impact on the communities of South Africa.
With 70% of South Africa being in a severe drought, we realised that something major had to be done in terms of car-washing. Instead of just imposing restrictions we would like to offer an alternative solution. A traditional car wash takes approximately 180 litres of water to wash a small car.
This is impacting not only our economy but our future and well being.

REALITY ABOUT WATER RESTRICTIONS
According to the City of Cape Towns website. ‘With Level 2 restrictions approved, customers will be charged from 1 January 2016 according to 20% reduction tariffs water to encourage greater water-use efciency. The tariff is designed to be revenue-neutral when applied to the 10% reduced consumption levels. In other words, if an average customer reduces their consumption by 10%, their bill should remain at a similar rand value. Indigent customers’ free allocation will not be affected. The free rst 6 kl of water and 4.2 kl of sanitation a month for all residents will also not be affected.’The reality is - Once we Run out, we Run out.
SERVICE
TIME
We took a simple concept of a car wash that is a service used by many South Africans and we aimed to improve the industry by making it more current and allowing it to make a huge impact in the country. We want to take action on aspects that have been negatively affecting our country.
We noticed that service is something that can be improved on greatly in this country. One of our core focuses is making sure that we continuously give our best and no matter the size of our clients’ business, the shape or brand of the car or time of the year, we want to maintain 100% customer satisfaction. One of our major differences in this aspect is that we believe in getting to know our clients and tailoring our service to their every requirement. Every car is washed as if it were our own.

We know that time is an extremely important factor in everyone's lives. Tasks such as washing a car can be very time consuming and at times an inconvenience. We have taken the concept of a 2 hour exterior valet of a car and condensed it into a 10-20 minute process. We have 3 team members working on a car at a time to ensure quality and time efciency for our clients.
GROWTH
Many blue collar jobs out there do not offer any potential for growth or development for their staff. Our Team believes in growth not only in the business but also as individuals. We want to equip every one of our staff members with personal development and courses that could help them achieve any of their dreams or goals. Our internal company incentive program is set on every single individual's goals and needs, and to assist them in their future. We don’t just employ people to do a job but we employ people to grow. We aim for only internal promotion and would rather educate a staff member for a department than hire externally.

DARE to CHANGE
As many of us know unemployment is a major problem in this country.
With the minimum wage it bafes the question of how can people live and progress. Many make do but we want to allow them to make a move forward. We want to change the way people look at their income here. We do not offer a minimum wage but instead we allow a system that empowers our employees to earn as much as they would like to. In simple we work on a percentage based system. Each of our employees get 10% of every vehicle they washed over exceeding minimum pay. And we aim to create 10 000 new jobs by the end of 2017 and many more in the future.
ENVIRONMENT
We wanted to provide an alternative that is not just catered for a situation now but a permanent solution that can t into anyone's life and not one that they have to t into. Our Products are 100% Eco-friendly, Waterless and Bio-Degradable. They don’t stain, blemish or leave any negative mark on our environment and by using us you save 180 litres of water.
In essence we provide a service like none other, save our clients time and money all whilst allowing them to be a part of contributing to a fair job system, people's growth and future, contribute to community development have a positive impact on the environment all whilst washing their car for them.

DARE to Make a Difference
There are many problems that go unchanged in our communities. We want to make a difference. With every car that is washed 5% is donated to projects that we will initiate. We don’t want to just focus on donating to a single charity but instead want to use this funding to concentrate on projects that are needed. We need change and we can do it together. Whether it be building a burnt down library in a community school to sponsoring a kids education to building a clinic. From small to big the possibilities and needs are endless.
CREDIBILITY AND OTHER BENEFITS
Not only are we saving our clients both time and money but we shall green stamp their business or organisation as they are effectively saving a minimum of 180 litres of water per vehicle that is washed and contributing to a positive and green future for South Africa.
We are nalizing our partnership with the Cape Town Water and Sanitation department to help us achieve our goals for this country and support our clients.

Our D.A.R.E products use Nanotechnology and are 100% Biodegradable and environmentally friendly, they can be handled without any fear of contamination, poisoning or skin irritation. This is based on vigorous laboratory tests and in eld use experiments, this is done to ensure our unrivaled Diamond standards, and commitment to innovation and class. Unlike watered car washes we do not have high rate forced water pushing dirt against the paint work of the vehicle. Neither do we rub and force sand, dirt and grime against the paintwork. Our product seeps to the topmost layer of the paint work, creates a wax barrier and lifts the dirt up and we wipe it in one clean motion off. No scratches and swirl marks to worry about.

DARE is very proud of the service we provide and the change that we are willing to bring to this country. Here is a concept idea that we would like to implement to show our customers support and also to show other companies that our customers are actually trying to make a difference in saving water.
With this sticker we can put it on buildings and vehicles to show other people an that there is a way to wash cars without water.
