• It is a 1-ply film that has 5 layers.

• The outer layer is PE, polyethylene.

• The gas barrier layer is EVOH, Ethylene Vinyl Alcohol.

• The fluid contact layer is ULDPE, Ultra Low DensityPolyethylene.

• Thin tie layers are in between to bond these threemajor layers together.

• The tie layer information is supplier proprietary.

• The ultraclear film exhibits exceptional clarity, lowoxygen permeability, high tensile strength.

Sensor assembliesReadyCircuit sensors are tubing assemblies integrated withtemperature, pressure, and conductivity sensors. The sensorassemblies use ReadyMate disposable aseptic connectors.Sensor are compatible with SciLog BioProcessing SystemsSciTemp, SciPres, and SciCon monitors (part numbers 080-790, 080-690, and 080-590 respectively).

Filter assembliesReadyToProcess assemblies include cross flow filtration andnormal flow filtration filter capsules, sterilized and configuredwith tubing and ReadyMate disposable aseptic connectors.

Normal flow capsules are single-use filter assembliesdesigned for laboratory- through process-scale applications.Depending upon the size, volume capability ranges from a few milliliters to thousands of liters of solution.

The ReadyToProcess hollow fiber cartridge includes a feedport, retentate port, and two permeate ports for cross flowfiltration applications. The cartridges are shipped sterilizedand uses disposable aseptic connectors that maintain sterilitywhen you connect the filter cartridge to your filtration system.
