Activity Report:-

„Personality Development workshop for Female Students‟

Department of Student welfare Committee had organized One Day Workshop on the “Personality

Development” for Female students between 10.00 am to 2.00 pm. on 12th

August 2014. 150 students

participated in this workshop actively. Dr. Kusum Tamhane, Mrs. Manasvi Prabhune (Lokmat

Multimedia Pvt. Ltd.) and Mr. Ravindrasinh Pardeshi (Police Sub-inspector) delivered an interactive

session related to health, hygiene, food habits, self defence, opportunities in multimedia sector and medical

issues. Personal problems were also addressed along with tips for personality development. Activity was

organized by Prof. Manisha Bora and Prof. D. D. Gaikwad.

Principal Dr. Babasaheb Sangle supported and provided all necessary facilities for the success of the

activity.

„Special Guidance‟

Department of Student welfare Committee had organized Special Guidance lecture series for

academically weak student. The lecture series was conducted between 1st January 2015 to 14

th February

2015. 350 students participated in this actively and were seen to improve in the semester end exams.

Activity was organized by Prof. R. N. Jamdade.

Activity Report :-

„Nirbhay Kanya Abhiyan‟

Department of Student welfare Committee had organized One Day Workshop on the “Yoga Training

Workshop” between 8.00 am to 10.00 am. on 19th

January 2016. 83 students participated in this workshop

actively. Many female students come from rural background and face numerous problems right from their

education to their job. The workshop was focused at such problems and ways to tackle them were discussed.

Hon. Mr. Prafulla Parakh (Nation President, BJS, Pune), Mrs. Shilpa Chillal (National Sportsperson) and

Mrs. Vaishali Kaduskar (Police Sub-inspector, Pune) graced the workshop with their presence and delivered

interactive lectures with day-to-day life examples for better understanding of students. Activity was

organized by Prof. D. D. Gaikwad.

We organized the Soft Skill Development Program from24thNovember 2016 to 5th October2016 in our college.

The 56students were participated in this Program. Total 11Experts delivered their interactive lectures in 40 hours on

the Topics like Psychology, Personality Development, Communication Skill, Time Management, Positive attitude, Goal

setting, practical on Lingvaphone, Life Management, Group Discussion, Interview Techniques etc...
