The purpose of the erratum is to correct the legend in Figures IV.B-5a and IV.B- 5b. The Final EIR, which consists of the Draft EIR in combination with the Comments and Responses document, is scheduled for certification at a hearing before the Planning Commission on August 14, 2014. The erratum, shown below and on the attached pages, is reflected in bold strikethrough for deleted text and bold double underline for new text; it is presented in the format as it would appear in the Comments and Responses document. Staff advises that the information provided in the erratum is minor and does not constitute significant new information requiring recirculation of the Draft EIR prior to certification. ERRATUM 1. The legend for Figures IV.B-5a and IV.B- 5b, erroneously identified the dark shaded areas as Net New Project Shadow (Revised Design). Instead, the dark shaded areas reflect the net new shadow from the original design. The attached revised figures have been updated accordingly: Net New Project Shadow (Original Design) (Revised Design) The revision to the EIR pursuant to this erratum has been made in the electronic version of the Response to Comments document available on the Planning Department website at: http://www.sf-planning.org/sfceqadocs.
