Optional burner module – for extremely low exhaust temperatures

Thanks to i ts opt ional burner module, the Baumot diesel par t ic le f i l ter can be used for ex tremely low exhaust temperatures. Independent o f ex ternal energy sources, the burner module can detect the loading condi t ion of the par t icle f i l ter automat ical l y on the basis of the exhaust counter pressure. I f a cer tain l imi t value is reached, i t w i l l generate a heat f lame which increases the exhaust t emperatur e t o the r equ ir ed r egenerat ion t empera - tur e . A l l this happens completely automat ical l y whi le the vehic le is being operated. Any cer t i f ied Baumot diesel par t ic le f i l t er can quick l y and easi l y be upgraded to in -c lude a burner module.
