Creating Indicators
Sets of graphics, text and colors used to define different levels of performance when comparing a KPI actual to targetIndicator levels form the bands for KPI targetsTwo types:
Centered or Standard
Can include 2-10 levelsAdditionally, all indicators include a No Data level
The availability of predefined Indicators minimizes the need to create Indicators from scratchPredefined indicators include:
Gauges, Stoplights, Smiley Faces, Progress Bars, Thermometers, and more
Creating KPIs
Predefined measure used to track performance of a strategic goal, objective, plan, initiative, or business process
