1.2 Precautions When Working With Batteries
1.2.1 If battery acid contacts skin or clothing, wash immediately with soap and
water. If acid enters eyes, immediately flood eye with running cold water
and get medical attention immediately.
1.2.2 Never smoke or allow a spark or flame in the vicinity of a battery or engine.1.2.3 Do not drop a metal tool on the battery. The resulting spark or short-circuit
on the battery may cause an explosion.
1.2.4 Remove personal metal items such as rings, bracelets, necklaces, and
CAUTION: Equipment Damage The output side of the inverter's AC wiring should at no time be connected
to public power or a generator. This condition is far worse than a short circuit.
If the unit survives this condition, it will shut down until corrections are made.
Installation should ensure that the inverter's AC output is at no time be connected
to its AC input.

1.1 General Safety Precautions
1.1.1 Do not expose the Inverter to rain, snow, spray, bilge or dust. To reduce
risk of hazard, do not cover or obstruct the ventilation openings. Do not
install the Inverter in a zero-clearance compartment,Overheating may
result. Allow at least 30CM of clearance around the inverter for air flow.
Make sure that the air can circulate freely around the unit. A minimum air
flow of 145CFM is required.
1.1.2 To avoid risk of fire and electronic shock, make sure that existing wiring
is in good electrical condition and that the wire is not undersized. Do not
operate the Inverter with damaged or substandard wiring.
1.1.3 This equipment contains components which may produce arcs or
sparks. To prevent f ire or explosion do not install in compartments
containing batteries or flammable materials or in a location which require
igni t ion protected equipment. This includes any space containing
gasoline-powered machinery, fuel tanks, or joints, fittings, or other
connection between components of the fuel system.
1.1.4 Do not disassemble the Inverter. It contains no user-serviceable

Modified Sine Wave Inverter with AC Auto Switch and Charger
4. Electrical Performance
4.1. Inverter
4.1.1 What is an Inverter?
Power inverter is an electronic device that convert DC(Direct Current) battery power to standard AC(Alternating Current) power. DC is the power that is produced by battery while AC is the standard power needed to run
electrical equipment. A power inverter does the opposite of a rectifier and is
used in places and situations where AC power is not available.
4.1.2 Pure Sine Wave Inverter
If you want to run your equipment exactly to the manufacturer's specifications,
choose a pure sine wave inverter. With pure sine wave, motor loads start easier
and run cooler. Some equipment only operate properly with pure sine wave
inverter, such as laser printers, variable speed motors and digital clocks.
4.1.3 Modified Sine Wave Inverter
If your equipment can accept some voltage fluctuation , consider a modified sine wave inverter . These inverters provide mobile power at a more affordable
price and come in a full range of size from handheld to high performance . Do
not use to power sensitive devices such as medical equipment or computers .
Some audio equipment may perform poorly if run on Modified Sine Wave power Inverter
4.1.4 Soft Start function our inverter is engineer with Soft Start features , when the inverter is turning
on , the output voltage gradually ramp up from 0VAC to Rated Voltage in about
1 Sec, this effectively reduce high starting inrush current drawn by AC loads
such as switched mode power supplies and inductive loads .
Do not parallel the AC output of the inverters to increase CAUTION:power capacity as they have no stacking functionality.
4.2 AC Charger(Option)
4.2.1 3-Step ChargingA) Bulk Charge Stage: Current is supplied to the battery at a constant rate while

voltage gradually rises.
B) Absorption Charge: Voltage remains constant and current reduces as the
battery becomes charged. This ensures complete charging.
C) Floating Stage: After the battery reach full charge, charging voltage is
reduced to a lower level to prevent gassing and to prolong life. This stage is
often referred to as a maintenance charge. Rather than charging a battery, it
keeps an already-charged battery from discharging while providing load current.
Absorb Charging: 14.6 Vdc(12V version)/
29.2Vdc(24V version)
Float Charging: 13.8Vdc(12V version)/
27.6Vdc(24V version)
*Charging voltages can be customized
in factory.
4.3 UPS Mode and ECO mode
4.3.1 UPS Mode : the AC input of the inver ter is cont inual ly moni tored.
Whenever AC power falls ,the inverter automatically transfers back to
the inverter mode with minimum power interruption to your appliances-
as long as the inverter is turned on. The transfer time is usually fast enough
to keep your equipment (including computers) powered up. The time will
be less than 16 milliseconds .4.3.2 ECO Mode : Battery voltage is lower than alarm point , the inverter
automatically transfers back to the AC utility to the loads, the transfer
time also very fast enough to keep your equipment(including computers)
powered up . The time will be less than 16 milliseconds. After low battery
voltage shut off, the inverter is able to restore to work after the battery
voltage recovers to 13V/26V/52V(With power switch still in “ON” Position).

7.4 Connections & OperationsStep 1 Connect the (+) and (-) cables from the battery to the respective terminals of the unit.Step 2 Plus in the AC source to real panel AC Input Socket(Hard Block Terminal)
Step 3 Connect the earth cable from the AC ground system to that of the unit
Step4 To start the unit, turn on the ON/OFF switch. LED green lights on, Charger and AC power on.Step5 Connect consumer unit to the socket in the front of the unit
Step 6 Make sure the cable is firmly connected in the socket. If the connection is not firm enough, the plug will heat up and cause unit damage
Step 7 USB only supply output power source
Warning: The output voltage of this unit must never be connected in it's input
AC terminal, overload or damage may result.Always switch on the inverter
before plugging in any appliance. Damage caused by AC wiring mistakes are
not covered under warranty .

7 INSTALLATION
Please instal l the equipment in a location of Dry, Clean, Cool with good ventilation.
Working temperature: -5℃ to 40℃ Storage temperature: -5℃ to 70℃ Relative Humidity: 0% to 95%_non-condensing
Cooling: Forced air
7.2 DC WireThough your Inverter is a high-efficiency converter of electricity, its rated
output capacity is limited by the length and gauge of the cabling running from
the battery to the unit. Use the shortest length and largest diameter cabling to
fit your Inverter's DC Input terminals. Shorter and heavier gauge cabling
reduces DC voltage drop and allows for maximum transfer of current. Your
Inverters is capable of delivering peak wattage at up to 200% of its rated
continuous wattage output for brief periods of time. Heavier gauge cabling
should be used when continuously operating heavy draw equipment under
these conditions. Tighten your Inverters and battery terminals to approximately
0.8 Meter to create an efficient connection and to prevent excessive heating at
this connection. Insufficient tightening of the terminals could void your
warranty.
7.3 AC Wire when in bypass mode the AC input power will supply both the loads and
AC charger, a thicker wire gauge for AC input is required, please consult a
Via MOSfet(Optional): When battery terminals are reverse connected, the
inverter won't work unit correct connect.F) Over Temperature Protection
When hea t s ink t empera tu re exceeds 45 ºC , the inner coo l ing fan wi l l
automatically turn on to cool the inverter; When inner temperature exceeds
75ºC, AC output will automatically shut off, Buzzer sound 5 times and red
light turn on.
D) Overload ProtectionWhen overloads occur, buzzer sounds many times and red light turn on, output
will be shut off.E) Reverse polarity protection: Fuse or MOSfet
Via Fuse: When battery terminals are reverse connected, fuse will be burned
to protect appliances.
