After barely escaping a massive zombie
outbreak in Willlamette, Colorado, award-winning photo
journalist Frank West has beenworking jobs that leave him feeling
unfulfilledand hollowa far cry from his glory days out inthe field
armed only with his trusty camera andjournalistic wits. Now,
however, Frank hasjoined forces with Rebecca Chang, a Las
Vegasradio reporter who shares his conspiratorialviews regarding
the ongoing zombie plague.
Meanwhile, Director Marian Mallon, head of thepharmaceutical
giant Phenotrans (manufacturer
of the zombification inhibitor called Zombrex)and her mysterious
head of security, HarjitSingh, have set in motion a diabolical
plot,releasing deadly swarms of bees infected withthe zombie virus
inside the Las Vegas Arenaduring a motocross racing event
featuringchampion racer Chuck Greene. Chuck wins therace only to
discover the arena in the grips of adeadly zombie infestation,
including hisbeloved wife, Pam, whom hes forced to killafter she
bites their young daughter, Katey.Now free of the arena, Chuck
desperately races
his truck through Vegas in search of Zombrexfor Katey.
But time is quickly running out
