Primary 5 Foundation Assessment Schedule for 2018

1. The assessment schedule for the year is attached as Annex A.

2. The CA1 format and scope is attached as Annex 1.

3. The SA1 format and scope is attached as Annex 2.

4. The CA2 format and scope is attached as Annex 3.

5. The SA2 format and scope is attached as Annex 4.

Please note the following:

All absences must be substantiated with a Medical Certificate.

Pupils who are absent without any valid reason will be awarded zero marks for the paper missed. Pupils who are absent with a Medical Certificate will be awarded a VR for the paper missed.

There will be NO make-up paper.
