(Pursuant to Paragraph (a) of Subsection (2) of Section 21)The Hon. Minister for Education has declared that the boundaries for the schools listed hereundershall be as stated in this notice. Children who live within the areas and boundaries stated shallattend the schools to which such boundaries apply unless directed otherwise or unless an option isprovided. Children who live outside the areas and boundaries shall not attend the schools to whichsuch boundaries apply unless written approval for such admission is obtained from the undersigned.

BROOME PRIMARY SCHOOLThe boundary for this school is as follows:

From the port, in a generally northerly direction along Port Drive to Frederick Street, north eastand east along Frederick Street and its extension to Roebuck Bay. The boundary streets of PortDrive (east side) and Frederick Street (south side) are included within the area of this school.

The area north of the following boundary is an optional area for Broome and Roebuck PrimarySchools:

From Dampier Creek, west along the eastward extension of Gubinge Road to the midpointbetween Sayonara Road and Broome Road, north from this midpoint to a point due east of thenorthern junction of Lulfitz Drive and Millington Road, and north west to the Indian Ocean. Theboundary part of Gubinge Road (both sides) is included within this optional area.

CABLE BEACH PRIMARY SCHOOLThe boundary for this school is as follows:

From the port, in a generally northerly direction along Port Drive to Cable Beach Road, due northto a point due east of the junction of Gubinge Road and Murray Road, due west from this point tothe aforesaid junction, north west and west along Murray Road to and across Cable Beach RoadWest and continuing west to the Indian Ocean. From the junction of Rockingham Road and Yangebup Road, east along Yangebup Road to StockRoad, north along Stock Road to the railway line, north west along the railway line to HamiltonRoad, south along Hamilton Road to Troode Street, east along Troode Street to Rockingham Road,and south along Rockingham Road to Yangebup Road. The boundary parts of Yangebup Road(north side), Stock Road (west side), Hamilton Road (east side), and Rockingham Road (east side)and the boundary street of Troode Street (both sides), are included within the area of this school.

The following area continues to be optional between Newton, Spearwood and Yangebup PrimarySchools :

From the intersection of Stock Road and Yangebup Road, north east along Yangebup Road toMiguel Road, north and north west along Miguel Road and its continuation into SpearwoodAvenue, north west along Spearwood Avenue to Stock Road, and south west, south and southwest along Stock Road to Yangebup Road.
