    DirectionsFrom the east leave the A55 Expressway at Junction 19 then at

    the roundabout take the first exit on to the A547. At the next

    roundabout, after approximately 1 mile, take the second exit onto

    the A547. At the next roundabout take the third exit onto the

    A546 (Glan Y Mor Road) pass Deganwy Quay on the left hand

    side proceeding through the traffic lights and the Deganwy Castle

    Hotel can be found on the left hand side of Station Road.

    LocationThe Deganwy Castle Hotel is situated in a prominent position with

    extensive views to the south and west over the Conwy Estuary,

    Conwy Marina and the dramatic North Wales coast line looking

    towards Anglesey. The historic Conwy Castle and the Snowdonia

    skyline add further interest to the hotel's outlook.

    The Hotel is situated in a predominantly residential location but is

    within easy access of Llandudno, the Great Orme, Conwy Castle,

    the historic town of Conwy and Bodnant Gardens.

    Deganwy Station is situated just to the south west of the Hotel.

    The station has journey times along the North Wales coast to

    Chester of approximately 1 hour. The site is approximately 2

    miles from the A55 North Wales Express Way at Llandudno

    junction.

    DescriptionThe Deganwy Castle Hotel is a Grade II listed building with 17th

    Century origins which has been variously altered and extended

    over the years. The Hotel has 31 en suite bedrooms with a bar,

    restaurant and function room. There is also a leisure complex

    with indoor heated swimming pool and gym including sauna.

    To the front of the Hotel is a tarmac parking and drop off area

    which leads down to a grassed garden and parking area with

    space for up to 70 cars.

    The site is roughly rectangular in shape and extends to some

    0.51 hectares (1.26 acres).

    The property is currently vacant and in need of refurbishment.
