Unfortunately, too many American's do not receive the proper nutrients needed to be healthy, partly because life is so fast paced and people are not taking the time to eat a wholesome meal. Think about your eating habits. How good are they? What changes do you need to made? Well, Here is your chance to become an expert on living healthy! INTRODUCTION What and how much of everything should you be eating? Today, you are going to become a nutrition expert! Lastly, you will be given a blank plate from myplate.gov, and draw at least 2 foods in each section of the plate. (i.e. grains, vegetables.) After you have completed these tasks, take part in the PORTION DISTORTION activity! PROCESS Are you ready to begin?!
