Our theme, “Dementia: Managing Not to Forget”, encompasses the journey of a dementia patient from prevention, early symptoms and diagnosis, current and emerging treatments, to managing advanced disease.
The impact of Dementia is represented by our kaleidoscope logo, with the multi-faceted nature of dementia care taking on many different appearances depending on how the individual fragments are viewed or pieced together.
