Weavings

Produced in wooden looms, Burdur Alaca weavings, which is one of the traditional Anatolian Weavings has been known for almost two centuries.• Alaca is a cottony cloth

that has mostly yellow sticks on a red ground. It’s divided into two groups as cottony and silky. Alaca is also called ‘beş parmak’(five fingers).Alaca is a very long lasting and useful cloth and it’s weaved in different regions in Anatolia for many years.

The weaving adventure that reaches through our grandmothers to our daughters’ handicrafts is going on

Unlike fabrics produced in today’s factories, Alaca Weavings take part among strong rival products with its original qualifications ,pure handicrafts and fashionable home textile trends.
