HOW TO MAKE AN APPOINTMENTCome to the Dental Hygiene Clinic Monday-Friday between the hours of 10:30-11:30 a.m. or 2:30-4:30 p.m. (office closes at 5 p.m.) to complete the necessary forms and PREPAY for a scheduled appointment. Cash and checks accepted; no credit cards.

DIRECTIONS: From Interstate 4, take exit #118B. Head West on State Road 44 toward DeLand. Go approximately one mile. Turn left (South) onto County Road 4139. Go approximately half mile. Campus is on the left.
