FEŢE DE UŞI / DOORSKINSDOORPAN este marca proprie înregistrată sub care Kastamonu Romania produce și comercializează fețe de uși (panouri HDF pentru uși celulare). Cu o capacitate de producție anuală de peste 17.000.000 unități, corespunzătoare celor două linii de presare existente, Kastamonu Romania se situează la nivel mondial printre cei mai mari producători ai industriei de profil.

Cererea semnificativă pentru acest produs se justifică prin utilizarea cu tot mai mare succes a ușilor celulare capabile să confere locuințelor un aspect modern și estetic, concurând în același timp ușile din lemn masiv, atât prin durabilitate cât și prin confort.Fețele de uși Doorpan nu au imperfecțiuni asemeni celor ce pot fi întâlnite în lemnul masiv, dar oferă toate avantajele acestuia. În acest context fețele de uși utilizate reprezintă elementul capabil să influențeze avantajul competitiv al produsului final, prin diversitate, design și fiabilitate.

Fețele de uși sunt fabricate într-o gamă variată de modele și dimeniuni standard. La cerere se pot formatiza și la dimensiuni speciale.

Se livrează semifinisate, având aplicate 2 straturi de grund de protecție, ceea ce permite variate și multiple posibilități de finisare, prin vopsire sau lăcuire.

Foile de uși celulare DOORPAN sunt fabricate din fețe de uși care sunt presate pe o structură de lemn masiv de rășinoase, având în interior un miez din fagure de hârtie pentru stabilizare.

Foile de uși pot fi produse utilizând gama de modele de fețe de uși existentă. Oferta noastră este flexibilă și adaptabilă cerințelor clienților sub aspectul dimensiunilor produse.

DOORPAN is the registered trade mark under which Kastamonu Romania produces and sells doorskins (HDF panels for cellular doors). With an annual production capacity of more than 17.000.000 units of doorskins, corresponding to the two existing press lines, Kastamonu Romania is on the global level, one of the biggest producers in this industry.

The important demand for this product is related to the actual trend for using with great results the celullar doors instead of solid wood ones, the first being able to combine the sense for modern and aestetique with the need of comfort and durability. The DOORPAN doorskins do not have imperfections like those that can be found in solid wood, but they offer all its advantages. Under this circumstances, the doorskins used can definitely influence the success of the door through their variety, design and reliability aspects.

The doorskins are produced in a wide range of models and standard dimensions. Special sizes can be produced upon request.

These products are delivered with double layer water based primer, which is suitable for all kinds of finishing, paints or varnishes.

The DOORPAN doorslabs are made from HDF doorskins which are pressed to a spruce timber frame with honeycomb core filling for stabilization.

The doorslabs can be produced using the existing range of doorskin models. Our offer is flexible and adjustable to the needs of our customers when it comes to the produced formats.
