In 1918, D&H Distributing Co. sold automobileparts which evolved into consumer electronics distribution by the late1950s. Mort Spector and Harry Spector, descendents of the D&H foundersspun off with their own firm—establishing Design House Kitchens &Appliances LLC.

Today, Design House Kitchens is an independent, family-owned businessthat has been passed on through three generations.
