A record number of Co-sponsors in U.S. Senate after

mid-term elections lay groundwork for the one bill

that would legislatively overturn Roe v. Wade and

put an end to the Supreme Court’s policy of abortion-

on-demand according to Martin Fox, Pres. of NPLA.

The Act uses the Supreme Court’s own language to

overturn Roe by legislatively establishing unborn

children as “persons” as defined by the 14th Amend-

ment, therefore entitling them to legal protection.

This is the one thing the Sup. Ct. admitted

would cause Roe’s case for legal abortion to

“collapse” when it did so by inventing a new, previ-

ously undefined “right of privacy” which it

“discovered” in so-called “emanations of penumbrae”

of the Constitution. These are merely fancy words to

say that it made up the so-called ”right” to abortion

out of thin air. And of course, it was a disaster. But

never did the Sup. Ct. declare abortion itself to be a

constitutional right. Instead it said, “We need not

resolve the difficult question of when life begins...the

judiciary at this point ….is not in a position to specu-

late to the answer. Then the Court made a key ad-

mission, stating “If the suggestion of personhood is

established, the appellant’s case (i.e., “Roe” who

sought an abortion), collapses, for the fetus “right to

life is then guaranteed specifically by the 14th

Amendment.. The fact is the 14th Amendment could-

n’t be clearer…”nor shall any state deprive any per-

son of life, liberty or property, without due process of

law.”

The Life at Conception Act does exactly that by

legislating protection for the unborn under the 14th

Amendment, thus legislatively overturning Roe v.

Wade.

2019!!! We are seeing more young women at the

Women’s Center than ever before. We have seen the St. Margaret d’Youville Home filled to capac-

ity on a consistent basis. The Transition Home is

graduating girls back into the world on a regular schedule. And we have been blessed with the

resources to do it all!!

We set a new record for Baby Bottle Campaigns in 2018 both in locations and collections BUT we already have 22 Baby Bottle

Campaigns scheduled for JANUARY!! We are hitting new levels

of success with MIMI’S ATTIC —GRAND RE-OPENING; JAN. 16

THE WOMEN'S CENTER has been very busy seeing clients, conducting ultrasounds, and writing vouchers for free baby items for our clients. We are doing eve-rything we possibly can to help pregnant women have a healthy pregnancy and baby. One of my cli-ents came here at 14 weeks pregnant wanting an abortion. She was feeling unattached to her baby.

We discussed parenting, adoption and watched an abortion process video. Upon leaving, she stated that

she would rethink all her options and let us know. A few weeks later she called and wanted to set up the adoption plan! Praise to God!! This child of God will have a wonderful life! Please continue to pray and support our clients and all pregnant women.
