2. All forms are to be submitted to APDC with evidence of payment.

Payment Plans PAYMENT PLAN
Mortgage finance is available for National Housing Fund (NHF) contributors and anyone interested in mortgage financing.
Interested buyers should apply to APDC for further processing with Abbey Building Society or their preferred Primary Mortgage Institution (PMI).
Non National Housing Trust Fund subscribers contributors
• Outright Payment: 100% upon application attracts 5% discount for the 1st 50 customers , or pay installmentaly as follows
1st Installment: 30% upon application
2nd Installment: 30% within 3 months of initial payment
3rd Installment: 30% within 3 months of second payment
4th Installment : 10% upon completion (before handover)
