The City of Two Harbors retained MSA Professional Services in 2006 to provide site planning criteria and site design layout option(s) services for expansion to their existing campground and recreation vehicle (RV) facilities overlooking Burlington Bay, Lake Superior. This project was funded in part by the Coastal Zone Management Act, by NOAA’s Office of Ocean and Coastal Resource Management, in conjunction with Minnesota’s Lake Superior Coastal Program.
