WHAT’S COVERED^

Accidental DamageUnintentional drops or liquid spills that damage your device. E.g. your device drops out of your pocket and the screen cracks.

Theft If your device is taken by force from you, or from a secured premise or vehicle.E.g. your locked vehicle is broken into and your device is taken from the glove box.

Worldwide Cover We’ll cover your device against theft or any accidental damage that occurs anywhere in the world. We will arrange for either the reimbursement of overseas repair costs (up to the value of $250), or the repair of the device when you return to Australia.

WHAT’S NOT COVERED^

Damage to Accessories Damage to items that are not part of the device (i.e. power suppliers, software, or add-on options).

Accidental Loss & NegligenceWhere the device is simply lost or taken when left unattended.E.g. your device is left on the train seat.

Mechanical & Electrical Breakdown Breakdowns that affect the operation of the device during or after manufacturer’s warranty.

REPAIRIf your device has been accidentally damaged and requires repair within Australia, it will be couriered to our approved repair agent. Not to worry, the courier cost is on us!

REPLACEYour device will be replaced if it is stolen or uneconomical to repair. If a replacement is unavailable, you will receive either a refurbished device or Replacement Credits up to the original purchase price of your device.
