Automatic Payment Flow

Confidential and Proprietary 9System will check all invoice records for limits and onlyIndividual invoices exceeding the limit will be rejected

Automatic Payment Process


• Dhanapurti can connect to customer ERP system via web services.

• All invoice records will be fetched from the ERP systems. The system will automatically check for duplicate invoices. Duplicate records will

be rejected and sent back to the ERP system.

• All non duplicate records will be sent to the bank system where they will be checked against pre-existing invoice records. If any duplicates

are found they are rejected and sent back to the customer ERP system.

• The other invoices will be processed for payments according to the limits assigned. If any invoices exceed the limits payment will not be

processed and the invoice will be sent back to the customer ERP system with limit overrun alert.

• System will check all invoice records for limits and only individual invoices exceeding the limit will be rejected

• Payment will be processed for other invoices within the limit.

• The whole payment system is fast and robust and can be completed within 5-10 seconds or even lesser.

How would the banks use it?


Banks would allow their customers to use it and they would be able to monitor the following:
