Commonwealth Home Support Program (CHSP) services offered through current locations include: Armidale, Glen Innes, Inverell, Moree, Tamworth and Tenterfield. Patients who are CHSP eligible can also access podiatry through Home Nursing Group (6 visits/year for $50). Patient who have Home Care Packages Level 3 and 4 can be seen by a private podiatrist.

Ridge. This service is carried out every 6 weeks with

follow up 2 week telehealth consults in between.

Telehealth Following face-to-face consult there is follow-up every

fortnight via telehealth with patient and nurse on the
